Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost?

The cost of window cleaning depends on your property and what you’d like included. Things like the number of windows, how dirty they are, when they were last cleaned, window access, and whether you’re after a one-off or regular service can all affect the price.

Where possible, we prefer to provide a quote specific to your home so you know exactly what’s included before we start. The best way to find out what it'll cost for your home is to fill out the form above and we'll come back to you with a tailored quote.

Do you clean both the inside and outside of the windows?

Yes, we do! While doing the inside and outside together delivers the clearest results, we are happy to adjust our service to fit your needs. If you would like an outside-only clean, just let us know.

Do you clean window tracks, frames, and flyscreens?

Yes. Upon request these can be itemised separately in your quote so you can choose exactly what you'd like included before we start.

Can you clean high or hard-to-reach windows?

Matt's Height: Being over 6ft tall gives him a great head start!

Reach Poles: We use water-fed poles to clean windows safely from the ground. These reach up to 3 storeys high.

Certification: Matt has a working at heights cert and an elevated work platform licence for the especially hard to reach panes.

Before starting we will check the area/property to make sure the work can be completed safely.

What areas do you service?

We are based in the Peel Region and regularly service areas including Pinjarra, North Yunderup, South Yunderup, Ravenswood, Mandurah, and surrounding suburbs.

We’re also happy to travel further where possible, including south to Bunbury, north to Rockingham, and into the southern suburbs of Perth. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know.

Do I need to be home while the windows are being cleaned?

Not necessarily. If we're cleaning the outside only and have clear access around the property, you don't need to be home. If you'd like the inside windows cleaned, we'll need access to the home, so you'll either need to be there or arrange access with us beforehand. For your peace of mind, Matt holds a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. We'll always talk through the details with you before the job so everything is clear and comfortable.

What happens if it rains after my windows are cleaned?

Rain doesn’t clean windows — window cleaners clean windows.

It’s a bit like your car. If it rains on a dirty car, the rain tends to move the dirt around and make it more noticeable. But if it rains on a clean car, it usually still looks acceptable afterwards.

The same applies to your windows. If it rains after they’ve been professionally cleaned, they may not look absolutely perfect, especially if there’s wind, dust, or dirty rain involved, but they’ll usually still look far better than if they hadn’t been cleaned at all.

How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned?

The best time to clean your windows is just before they start to look dirty. That way, your home keeps that fresh, well-maintained appearance year-round instead of only looking clean for a short time after each service. How quickly that happens depends on what your home is exposed to.

Coastal properties: Salt air builds up fast, especially on ocean-facing windows. If you're in Mandurah, Dawesville or any of the Canal areas, you'll likely notice it sooner than homes further inland

Near the refinery or minesite: If you're familiar with the red dust that settles across the Peel Region courtesy of Uncle Al, you already know how quickly it coats everything. Homes in areas that cop that fallout often need more frequent cleans to stay on top of it.

Trees, insects, general weather and use: Overhanging trees, cobwebs, and seasonal weather all contribute. Some clients choose to have the windows they look through most cleaned more regularly, while having the rest done every 6 months or annually.

For most homes, we recommend every 3 to 6 months. We offer flexible options including monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly, and annual cleans depending on what suits your home best.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You pull back your curtains on a beautiful, sunny WA morning, only to have the view ruined by a baked-on layer of sea salt, dust, and grime.

  • You want your home to look immaculate, but you have better things to do with your weekends than drag around buckets and ladders.

  • You've got a big event coming up, and while your windows may not be filthy, they're not exactly sparkling either. You want your home looking fresh, clean and ready for guests.

  • You want a premium, hassle-free service where professionals respect your property and leave your glass invisible.

Don't worry, we can help!

What We Do

Windows That Stay Cleaner, Longer

Deionized water leaves a 100% streak-free shine. Another benefit is because there is no sticky soap residue left behind, your windows actually stay cleaner and clearer for much longer.

Holiday Home Maintenance

We keep your holiday home looking its best, even when you can't be there. Book your service at a time that suits you and we'll send clear before and after photo updates once the job is complete. That way, you can relax knowing your investment is in safe hands, even when you're back in Perth.

Extend Window Lifespans

Window cleaning helps remove hard water minerals and sea spray from your glass and frames. A regular schedule of cleaning is a form of preventative maintenance to avoid permanent damage, all the while keeping your ocean view clear.

Glass So Clean, It's Invisible

Coastal salt and humidity film over your glass within weeks. Regular cleaning keeps your view sharp and your frames protected from mould. The whole point of a canal home is the water view—don't let grime sit between you and it
