In many cases, yes, professional window cleaning can help remove/reduce hard water stains off glass, but it usually requires much more than a standard maintenance clean.

Hard water/bore water stains need specialised products, stronger agitation, and extra time to treat properly, so this is typically quoted separately. Yes, our window cleaning process is safe for most tinted and delicate glass when cleaned correctly.

The cleaning solutions we use are mild and are no harsher than what you would use on your dishes. We also make sure our applicator pads are thoroughly cleaned and free from debris before we start, helping reduce the risk of scratching the glass.

For more delicate glass, such as stained or specialty glass, we can use glass-specific cloths and a gentler approach to help achieve a clean finish safely.

Rain doesn’t clean windows — window cleaners clean windows.

Inside the home, this may include moving furniture, decorations, or other items away from the windows where possible. Outside, please move any items you don’t want getting wet.

If you’re unable to move items yourself, just let us know. We’re happy to help where we can, and any extra time or assistance needed can be included in the quote.

Clear access helps us do a thorough job and complete the clean in a timely manner.

You don’t always need to be home while your windows are being cleaned, especially if we’re only cleaning the outside and have clear access around the property.

If you’d like the inside windows cleaned, we’ll need access to the home, so you’ll either need to be there or arrange access with us beforehand.

For extra peace of mind, we also hold a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check, but we’ll always discuss the details with you before the job so everything is clear and comfortable.
